It must be clearly understood that due to limitations the instruments used, they will on occasions give no indication of the presence of underground utilities including cables or pipes actually existing. The consultant will assist the client in determining the location and position of any concealed pipes, cables or when requested water leakage and fault location, and the client can then choose to accept and use the advice if they so wish.

When working around, over or under services duty of care must be observed. Visual location of all services by hand digging (pot holing) and when soil testing; hand auger to 1 metre.
